RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. Please review the following policy, which outlines the terms and conditions for returning merchandise purchased directly from Iron Lock.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original, sellable condition

  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags must be included

  • Item must not show signs of installation, wear, or modification

Items returned in non-compliant condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee at our sole discretion.


RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for return, including claims of defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

We do not provide return labels. Customers must use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure successful delivery and proof of return.


RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at info@shopironlock.com within 14 days of your purchase to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Repack the item carefully in its original condition and packaging.

  3. Ship the item to the following address:

Returns without prior authorization may be rejected.


INSPECTION & REFUND PROCESS

All returned merchandise will be thoroughly inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days of approval.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

  • Items received in used, damaged, or incomplete condition will not be refunded


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products returned after 14 days from the purchase date

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, modification, or damage

  • Products returned without prior authorization


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you believe your product is defective or arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@shopironlock.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video evidence of the problem

Approved defective items must still be returned at the customer’s expense, and are subject to the same inspection and refund process described above.
