Used it at our business approximately 20 to 30 times a day everyday for about a year and a half (to July 2023) the dial stating to wear out, Have to make sure the code hits just right. I just purchased a new one to replace it. My opinion is that was well worth the price.

I have a rental house in a college town with six rooms. The tenants are graduate assistants that are there for a year or two and new tenants are continually replacing them. I am a remote landlord and wanted to make each room secure and the rest of the house communal space. I put a dead bolt lock on each door that had a separate key. I placed a combination key lock box next to each door with different 4-digit code; numbered each lock box; and placed a house key and a dead bolt lock key in the lock box and a spare set in case they lost their keys. When a new tenant comes I don’t have to be there to give them access to the house or room. And when a tenant leaves they just put their keys in the lock box for whoever comes next to live in the room. No damage to the hallway wall putting the lock box on and resolved a key problem I was always having to deal with. These key lock boxes will more than pay for themselves in saving me not having to keep up with the keys and making trips to the property.
