Delete Your Account & Data

Iron Lock (Revivo Project Inc.) lets you delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. You can do this two ways. Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest) Open the Iron Lock app and sign in. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Enter your password to confirm, then tap Delete forever. Your account and data are erased immediately. Option 2 — Request deletion by email If you can't access the app, email info@shopironlock.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account." We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days (and confirm by email when it is done). What gets deleted Your email address and account profile All of your safes and their settings All members, names, and roles you added All rooms you created All access (PIN) codes, including those stored on our systems (our real-time database) Your full activity and access history What is not affected Your physical safe still works. Deleting your account does not reset or unlock your safe. Codes and fingerprints saved on the safe itself stay until you clear them or reset the safe. Fingerprints. Fingerprint templates are stored only on your safe's fingerprint sensor and are never sent to or held by Iron Lock, so there is nothing on our side to delete. Data retention after deletion We do not retain your account data after deletion, except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with law. Any residual copies in routine backups are overwritten on our service providers' ordinary backup cycle. Questions?
