RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. This policy explains how to return items purchased
directly from Iron Lock (shopironlock.com).
ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible:
• Item must be unused and in original, sellable condition
• All original packaging, manuals, and accessories included
• Item must not show signs of installation, wear, or modification
• Proof of purchase (order number) required
Returns received in non-compliant condition may be refused or subject to a
restocking fee at our discretion.
RETURN SHIPPING
• Change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend
a trackable, insured method.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect item (our error): Iron Lock covers return
shipping — we'll send a prepaid label at no cost to you.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email info@shopironlock.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number
and reason to request a Return Authorization (RA).
2. Repack the item in its original condition and packaging.
3. Ship to the return address we provide with your RA.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
INSPECTION & REFUNDS
Returned items are inspected on arrival. Approved returns are refunded to the
original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Original shipping
charges are non-refundable except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
NON-RETURNABLE
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
• Items showing use, wear, modification, or damage (other than confirmed defects)
• Returns without prior authorization
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is defective or arrived damaged, contact us within 30 days at
info@shopironlock.com with your order number, a description, and clear photos or
video. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
