Iron Lock lock boxes are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
What's covered
Defects in materials or workmanship of the lock box under normal residential use. If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the product free of charge.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, or surface rust from exposure
- Misuse, abuse, accident, forced entry, or improper installation
- Lost or forgotten combinations or codes
- Commercial or rental use
- Products not purchased from Iron Lock
Our remedy
Replacement only. We do not offer repairs or refunds under this warranty. The replacement will be the same or a comparable current model.
How to claim
Email info@shopironlock.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. If approved, we will arrange a replacement. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless Iron Lock determines otherwise. Proof of purchase is required.
